We will be having the monthly (and quarterly) officers meeting May 9th.

April Officers Meeting April 14th

We will be having the monthly officers meeting April 14th. This will include gearing up for the Double Decker Spring Ride in April.

Club Meeting Feb 7th, 6pm at FNC

We will be having a general club meeting at FNC on February 7th at 6:00 pm. The hope is for the final draft of the new bylaws to be voted into place at that time so that we can move forward with planning for 2011, which includes gearing up for the Double Decker Spring Ride in April. There is "work" for that ride that needs to begin in February, so while there is not great haste, time is still of the essence.

Please take a moment and read over the minutes of the officers' meeting and a draft of the new bylaws. Please send comments and suggestions concerning the new bylaws by February 4th, 2011. At that time, a final draft will be created.

Officers Meeting Jan 5 2011

The Oxford Cycling officers had their first meeting of 2011 this week. The main item of business was to begin to obtain 501(c)(3) status for the club, which we currently do not have. It was decided that since we are incorporated as Oxford Bicycle Club, but are doing business as Oxford Cycling, there is a need to get our house in order by officially renaming the club, which involves revising the bylaws as well. That process has been started.

We will be having a general club meeting in conjunction with free pizza at FNC on February 7th at 6:00 pm.
